MANILA, Philippines — Health Secretary Teodoro Herbosa is currently on sick leave following knee replacement surgery, Department of Health (DOH) spokesperson Albert Domingo confirmed on Saturday. “Secretary Herbosa started his sick leave last July 6 for knee replacement surgery.
