The Minister also shared conclusions on leadership that lead to excellent work execution and posed reflective questions for leaders and health officials at all levels to consider and apply in their practical work. Concurrently, the Friendship Cambodia-Korea Health Center of Chheu Teal, the Health Department of Svay Rieng Provincial Administration, shared its experience in providing healthcare services to become a model health center in 2025. This positive outcome was attributed to the solidarity among staff, the provision of ideas and encouragement from the District Operational Health Office and the Provincial Health Department, as well as the leadership demonstrated by each staff member at the health center.
