アジア政党国際会議（ICAP）事務総長のオ・ソグ閣下の招待と、カンボジア人民党副党首で中央委員会常務委員会委員長のサムデク・ヴィボル・セナ・ピークデイ・サイ・チュム氏の高い許可を得て、青年省大臣のソク・ソケン閣下がカンボジア人民党の代表団を率いて「第45回アジア政党会議」に出席した。 「ICAPP常任委員会」は、2026年6月24日にサムデチ・テチョ国際空港で省党委員会指導部の招待を受け、2026年6月25日から28日までモンゴルのウランバートルで開催される。
