Laos Faces Challenges in Relations with China, Vietnam Amidst Infrastructure Development

The Lao People's Democratic Republic, under its one-party system, faces dual challenges of geopolitical balance and economic dependence in its relations with neighboring China and Vietnam. In this context, the Lao government is attempting to overcome economic challenges by leveraging regional cooperation frameworks.
