18 Filipinos Arrested for Illegal Entry Along Thailand's Moei River Border

In Thailand's northern Tak province, 18 individuals of Filipino nationality, comprising nine men and nine women, were arrested for illegally entering the country along the Moei River. The arrests were made by a joint patrol of the "Chak Kait Ratchamanu" Task Force and Border Patrol Police Unit 346 during a routine sweep of their operational area near Huay Nam Nak village in the Phop Phra district. Authorities discovered the group of foreign nationals in a suspicious area along the riverbank. Upon investigation, it was confirmed that they had entered the Kingdom of Thailand without authorization. The individuals were subsequently apprehended and handed over to the Phop Phra Police Station for legal proceedings. They are to be charged with illegal entry into the Kingdom of Thailand.
