Tuyen Quang Province in northern Vietnam held a conference on July 22 to study, disseminate, and implement documents issued by the Central Committee, Politburo, Secretariat, and the Provincial Party Committee. The conference was connected online to all communes and wards within the province. At the meeting, Ms. Le Thi Kim Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the 16th National Assembly Delegation of Tuyen Quang Province, emphasized the need to innovate the methods of studying and disseminating Party resolutions, making them more practical and effective. She stated that the results of resolution study should be transformed into concrete actions, evaluation criteria, and specific products to bring the resolutions into life. She also encouraged the integration of these resolutions into practical daily tasks within each agency and unit to enhance the quality of professional work. Participants were briefed on important content, including: Regulation No. 21-QD/TW on the Party's inspection, supervision, and discipline; and Plan No. 03-KH/TW of the Politburo on strengthening the Party's leadership in combating corruption, waste, and negativity in the new phase. Additionally, conclusions, regulations, and guidelines from the Politburo and Secretariat concerning Party building, Party organizations within enterprises, intellectual property rights, and crime prevention were explained. The Provincial Party Committee and its Standing Committee also shared action plans and resolutions aimed at concretizing the Central government's policies in line with the province's practical conditions. The thorough and serious study of these documents is not only an organizational requirement but also a matter of Party discipline, ensuring that all policies and resolutions are implemented uniformly and smoothly from the provincial level down to the grassroots. Following the conference, Party committees, Party organizations, agencies, and units at all levels will develop specific plans to translate these documents into programs, plans, and tasks aligned with their respective functions and duties. Clear progress, expected outcomes, and responsibilities for each collective and individual will be defined. By linking study with assigned responsibilities and the practical demands of their localities, agencies, and units, the synchronized, unified, and effective implementation will be ensured, contributing to the successful achievement of economic, social, national defense, security, and Party building objectives.
