Hanoi Approves Over 30 Trillion VND PPP Project for West Lake Area Revitalization
Hanoi City has approved the investment initiative for a project to renovate and enhance the West Lake area and its scenic road. The project, with an estimated total investment of over 30.151 trillion VND (approximately $1.2 billion), will be implemented under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model, specifically a Build-Transfer (BT) contract. Completion is targeted by 2030.
