Defense Cites 2014 OVP Confidential Fund Allocation

MANILA, Philippines – During his cross-examination of former Commission on Audit–Intelligence and Confidential Funds Audit Office (COA-ICFAO) auditor Roderick Wamil, defense counsel Michael Poa presented a 2014 Special Allotment Release Order (SARO) from the Department of Budget and Management, saying it showed that the Office of the Vice President had a confidential fund that year.
