A Cambodian delegation visited Japan to study road and irrigation infrastructure maintenance strategies. The mission included representatives from the Ministry of Rural Development, Ministry of Economy and Finance, Ministry of Public Works and Transport, and Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology, as part of the Public Financial Investment Reform Program.
