Vietnam's National Assembly concluded the first phase of its extraordinary session, deliberating on amendments to the Radio Frequency Law and other legislation. A proposal to approve an agreement related to the Ninh Thuan Nuclear Power Plant project was also discussed. The Assembly will recess until August 18 to refine draft laws and resolutions before commencing the second phase on August 19.
