UK Ambassador Meets Cambodian Special Envoy on Border Issues

British Ambassador to Cambodia, Dominic, met with H.E. Kem Monovithya, Special Envoy of Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet, on September 1st to discuss issues concerning the Cambodia-Thailand border.
