Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet and Vietnamese Prime Minister Le Minh Hung agreed to strengthen bilateral relations and expand cooperation in trade, investment, defense, education, and infrastructure during talks in Phnom Penh. Both nations will celebrate the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations in 2027 as "Cambodia-Vietnam Friendship Year."
