The arrests were made on July 8 in a dirt road area of Samakki Mean Chey village, Ou Chrov commune. The individuals apprehended have been identified as Hendry Wijaya Asen, a 35-year-old Indonesian national; Han Dong Sheng, a 40-year-old Chinese national; Man Yigui, a 26-year-old Chinese national; and Apinya Potiba, a 21-year-old Thai national. According to authorities, approximately two bags of crystal methamphetamine (ice), 30 pods for e-cigarettes, and one mobile phone were seized from Hendry Wijaya Asen. Han Dong Sheng was found with 23 bags of narcotics, one mobile phone, and one vehicle. Man Yigui was identified as an accomplice, and Apinya Potiba was living with them. Furthermore, law enforcement officials confiscated one electronic scale, seven electronic cigarette devices, and a significant number of drug packaging bags. The four suspects and the seized evidence are currently being processed by specialized police units for referral to the court in accordance with Cambodian law.
