
Palace: BARMM polls to push through despite Macacua ambush
The first regular parliamentary elections in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) will proceed as scheduled on September 14, despite an ambush on interim Chief Minister Abdulraof Macacua, the Presidential Palace announced. Security has been enhanced and an investigation into the incident is underway.
