This move aims to provide members with faster and more efficient service access.

The National Social Security Fund (NSSF) under the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training has launched the "Automated Identity Verification Machine NSSF (AIM NSSF)" at 14 healthcare locations to reduce congestion and long waiting times for NSSF members when they access services at hospitals. This is considered a step by the NSSF towards modernizing public services. The 14 locations include: Calmette Hospital, Techo Sen Peace National Hospital, Preah Ang Duong Hospital, Preah Ket Mealea Hospital, H.R.H. Samdech Techo Hospital, Cambodia-China Friendship Hospital Preah Kossamak, National Pediatric Hospital, Khmer-Soviet Friendship Hospital, Sihanoukville Centre of Hope Hospital, National Institute of Public Health, National Maternal and Child Health Centre, National Centre for Tuberculosis and Leprosy Control, Kampong Cham Provincial Hospital, and Siem Reap Provincial Hospital. Mr. Sun Messa, spokesperson for the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training, stated, "The deployment of the Automated Identity Verification Machine NSSF (AIM NSSF) is a step in modernizing NSSF's public services to provide members with faster, easier, and more effective services than before." He added that it also aims to promote the use of digital technology in providing services to the citizens more effectively. The NSSF automated identity verification machine offers numerous benefits, including: members can print their own service request forms, fast and timely service (no missed appointments), prevention of impersonation (cases of using services on behalf of relatives or friends), members receive service in order according to arrival (first come, first served), hospitals do not need to re-register, and facilitate payments to healthcare facilities (when connected to the system).
