BI personnel complete custodial handling and security training

The Bureau of Immigration (BI) in the Philippines announced that 96 personnel have completed a 20-day specialized training in custodial handling and security to enhance the safety of detention facilities. The program aims to ensure both detainee safety and respect for human rights.
