Weekly Fuel Subsidy Releases Climb to P60M as Aid for Public Transport Continues
The Philippine government has continued its fuel subsidy program for public transport this month, increasing weekly releases to around P60 million. The subsidy, raised to P12 per liter starting August 15, has benefited over 100,000 public utility vehicles to date.
