This certification is based on the LEED v4 BD+C: Core and Shell Development system, issued by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). To obtain the certification, the company began by standardizing its physical infrastructure according to international criteria. The LEED v4 BD+C system requires strict control over energy consumption, optimization of water resources, selection of low-emission materials, and assurance of indoor air quality. Previously, Gelex Tower at 52 Lê Đại Hành also completed its LEED Platinum v4.1 certification for existing buildings. The structure, developed to Class A office standards, incorporates an open-plan design to optimize natural light and fresh air circulation. Instead of maintaining closed-off offices that separate departments, the floor plan is flexibly divided into open discussion areas, quiet zones for focused work, and relaxation corners. This model allows employees to proactively choose spaces suitable for different tasks, reducing stress and shortening interaction times between departments. The integration of automated control solutions for lighting, temperature, and access management ensures smooth infrastructure operation without disrupting employees' workflow.
