Bolikhamxay, Bueng Kan Strengthen Cooperation for Peaceful Laos-Thailand Border
Lao and Thai border provinces, Bolikhamxay and Bueng Kan, signed an MoU on July 17 to strengthen cooperation for a peaceful and stable border, following the 7th Joint Border Security and Order Committee meeting. Co-chaired by the governors, the agreement focuses on facilitating trade and travel, combating drugs, and managing the Mekong River.
