Trade between Vietnam and Malaysia has surged by 43.4% in the first eight months of the year. Direct cooperation has been established between Halal certification authorities, aiming to boost Vietnamese businesses' participation in the international Halal market. However, Vietnam continues to face a trade deficit with Malaysia.
