Typhoon No. 4 Shifts Course, Threatening Northern Vietnam with Gale-Force Winds and Heavy Rainfall

Typhoon No. 4 has changed course and is approaching the northeastern coastal areas of Vietnam. Gale-force winds of level 8-9 are expected in Quang Ninh province and Hai Phong city, increasing the risk of flooding and landslides due to heavy rainfall across a wide area.
