Storm off PAR to trigger rains in Visayas, Mindanao on Saturday – Pagasa
The extension of Severe Tropical Storm Choi-Wan, located outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), is expected to bring rains to the Visayas and Mindanao on Saturday, October 3. Pagasa forecasts heavy to intense rains with thunderstorms for these regions.
