Yangon-Mandalay Railway Modernization: Travel Time Slashed to 10 Hours
Myanma Railways has completed upgrades on the Yangon-Mandalay line, reducing travel time from over 19 hours to approximately 10 hours. New air-conditioned DEMU express services, launched on May 1st, aim to significantly improve passenger and logistics connectivity.
