Chinese Interpol Fugitive Wanted for Murder Captured in Pattaya

Thai police have apprehended a Chinese national in the Pattaya area who was wanted on an INTERPOL Red Notice for murder, bringing an end to more than three decades of evasion. The operation was directed by Deputy National Police Chief Pol. Gen. Samran Nualma, with Pol. Lt. Gen. Noppasin Poolsawasdi and a joint task force taking Mr. Zhu, who is also known by multiple aliases, into custody. Mr. Zhu was internationally wanted in connection with a murder case in China. Thai authorities received intelligence indicating that the fugitive was hiding in the Pattaya region, prompting an investigation. The arrest was meticulously planned and executed through the cooperation of Thai law enforcement and INTERPOL. Despite living on the run for many years, it is understood that the suspect had been living in Thailand under a disguised identity.
