
Hanoi Proposed as Lead Investor for Two Railway Projects Worth VND 37 Trillion
Vietnam's Ministry of Construction has proposed that the Hanoi People's Committee become the lead investor for two railway projects: the Eastern Ring Railway section from Ngoc Hoi to Kim Son and a railway line improvement project from Phu Xuyen to Ngoc Hoi. These projects aim to reorganize Hanoi's southern railway network and relocate national railway hub functions, with a total estimated budget of approximately VND 37 trillion ($240 million) to be allocated from the central budget.
