Oddar Meanchey Province Commemorates Border Defense Heroes, Honoring Sacrifice for Territorial Integrity

The province of Oddar Meanchey, located in northwestern Cambodia, held a solemn ceremony on the morning of July 23, 2026, to honor the soldiers and police officers who sacrificed their lives on the battlefield for the preservation of territorial integrity. Sy Prasith, President of the Provincial Council of Oddar Meanchey, and H.E. Mean Chanyada, Governor of Oddar Meanchey Province.
