
AHF、発展途上国の医療資金保護のため世界債務改革を要請
エイズ・ヘルスケア財団(AHF)カンボジアは、債務負担の増大により多くの発展途上国が医療や教育よりもローン返済に多くの支出を余儀なくされ、基本的な公共ニーズを満たす能力が損なわれていると警告し、世界債務制度の緊急改革を求めている。 7月24日の世界的な「借金からの解放」キャンペーンの開始に先立ち、AHFは、現在の国際金融システムは希少な資源を病院、学校、その他の必要不可欠なサービスに振り向けており、開発ニーズが増大しているにもかかわらず、数十億人が脆弱な状態にあると説明した。
