Three arrested in Cavite for alleged electric meter tampering services
The Philippine National Police-Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (PNP-CIDG) arrested three men in Cavite for allegedly offering services to tamper with electric meters. The suspects are believed to have manipulated electricity consumption to fraudulently reduce bills.
