Hung Yen Province to Welcome New Mixed-Use Urban Area Valued Over VND 21.5 Trillion
Hung Yen Province in Vietnam is set to develop a new mixed-use urban area with an investment of over VND 21.566 trillion (approximately USD 850 million). Sao Mai Company, representing a consortium, has been selected as the investor for the project spanning 171.8 hectares, which will include residential areas, commercial services, healthcare, and educational facilities. Construction is slated to begin in the second quarter of 2027, with operations expected to commence in the first quarter of 2034.
