Vietnam's Ministry of Home Affairs proposes 300% salary allowance to attract top talent to public sector
The Vietnamese Ministry of Home Affairs has proposed a draft decree to revise policies for attracting and retaining top talent in the public sector. The proposal includes offering special allowances of up to 300% of base salary and creating fast-track leadership opportunities for high-achieving graduates and experts.
