Northern Vietnam Faces Heightened Risk of Heavy Rains, Floods, and Landslides

Northern Vietnam is bracing for continued widespread rain and thunderstorms through mid-July, with localized areas expected to receive over 100mm of rainfall. From July 19-23, the region may be affected by a tropical convergence zone, potentially forming a tropical depression or storm, significantly increasing the risk of flash floods and landslides.
