Vietnam Proposes Three Pillars for National Quantum Technology Capability
Recognizing the strategic importance of quantum technology, Vietnam has unveiled three proposals for building national quantum technology capabilities, focusing on talent development, resource concentration in key areas, and strengthening industry-academia-government collaboration. A "Hub-and-Nodes" model for 2026-2045 is also proposed.
