Vietnam Court Calls for Surrender of Dao Minh Quan and Accomplices in Terror Case

The Ho Chi Minh City People's Court has issued a summons for Dao Minh Quan and five accomplices, members of the 'Provisional National Government of Vietnam,' to face trial for terrorism and subversion charges. The defendants, currently residing abroad, will be tried in absentia if they fail to appear.
