Green, Power Reforms Can Spur EU Free Trade Talks, Says ECCP

The European Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines (ECCP) has urged the Philippines to boost its green economy, reform its power sector to lower electricity costs, and improve trade facilitation to accelerate free trade agreement (FTA) talks with the European Union (EU). An agreement is targeted before the expiry of the Generalized Scheme of Preferences Plus (GSP+) in 2027.
