Provinces including Kampong Speu, Pailin, Oddar Meanchey, Preah Vihear, Kratie, Stung Treng, Ratanakiri, Mondulkiri, the Dangrek Mountains, and the Cardamom Mountains may experience heavy rain, strong winds, and thunderstorms covering about 40% of their land area. Along the coast, average minimum temperatures are expected to be 25°C and average maximum temperatures 35°C. Winds will blow from the southwest and southeast at an average speed of 2 meters per second. Coastal provinces such as Koh Kong, Preah Sihanouk, Kampot, Kep, and the Bokor mountain range could see heavy rain, strong winds, and thunderstorms covering approximately 50% of their land area.
