Vietnam Selects Three Universities for Major Development to Reach Asia's Top Tier

Vietnam's Ministry of Education and Training has announced a plan to elevate three major universities in Ho Chi Minh City—the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, and the Vietnamese-German University—to international standards comparable to Asia's top institutions. The goal is to rank within the top 150 universities in Asia by 2030 and the top 100 by 2050.
