Nationwide implementation of 'Lamin Plan' for those who have not yet obtained National Scrutiny Cards for various reasons

It is known that the 'Lamin Plan' is being implemented nationwide for those who have not yet obtained National Scrutiny Cards for various reasons. On July 8, Union Minister U Myint Kyaing of the Ministry of Immigration and Population, along with Deputy Minister U Lin Zaw Tun, visited the hall of Basic Education High School No. 3 in Pinmana Township, Union Territory. They observed the town's health staff conducting blood type tests for students, the members of the town-level committee of five conducting operational scrutiny, and staff carrying out the step-by-step process of issuing National Scrutiny Cards, as well as collecting UID cards with the e-ID system for those who already possess National Scrutiny Cards. Following this, the National Scrutiny Cards and UID cards, which were processed through the 'Lamin Plan' with a one-stop service, were handed over to each individual student, and food supplies were provided to the town's office staff. The ministry is implementing the 'Lamin Plan' nationwide for those who are over 18 years old and have not yet obtained National Scrutiny Cards for various reasons, as well as for those who have lost or damaged their cards, at the respective township offices. Additionally, for students who are over 10 years old and have not yet obtained National Scrutiny Cards, the ministry is conducting outreach to the respective schools through the 'Lamin Plan' nationwide.
