Senator Robinhood Padilla and former presidential spokesman Salvador Panelo addressed the crowd before the rally ended. Padilla stated, “We are getting targeted one by one in the minority,” and criticized President Marcos for engaging with Russian President Vladimir Putin, who has an outstanding warrant from the International Criminal Court (ICC). Panelo conveyed former president Rodrigo Duterte’s message of appreciation for the INC’s continued support.
