NA Chairman Visits Child Patients in HCMC on Mid-Autumn Festival

National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man visited child patients at Children’s Hospital 1 in Ho Chi Minh City on September 25, coinciding with the 2026 Mid-Autumn Festival. He presented gifts from General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and President To Lam, along with 100 gift packages, to the young patients, with a particular focus on those from disadvantaged backgrounds who are undergoing treatment. This visit underscores the Vietnamese leadership's commitment to national welfare, especially for vulnerable segments of society, within the country's one-party system. The Mid-Autumn Festival is a traditional holiday celebrating family and children, making it a significant occasion for hospitalized children.
