Pham Nhat Quan Anh, 33, the eldest son of Vingroup founder Pham Nhat Vuong, has been appointed the new chairman of electric vehicle (EV) maker VinFast, replacing Le Thi Thu Thuy. Anh, previously vice chairman, is expected to drive the company's EV growth strategy.
