Cambodia-Thailand Border: International Law Unchangeable, Says Cambodian Expert
Dr. Yeng Pou, Secretary-General of the Royal Academy of Cambodia, stated that the Cambodia-Thailand border is established by international law and cannot be unilaterally changed. He noted that Thailand's attempts to alter the 'fait accompli' on the ground do not override international law, urging the Cambodian government to continue diplomatic efforts and strengthen its military capabilities.
