During the transition period, Mr. Quang will directly oversee the direction of urban development and housing projects in his capacity as Chairman of the Board of Members of Nam Long Land Investment Co., Ltd. Mr. Loh had served as CEO of Nam Long since 2024. Previously, he amassed 30 years of experience working in developed markets such as Singapore and China. During his tenure, he championed Nam Long's integrated urban development strategy and its foray into the luxury real estate segment. He also focused on developing practical real estate products and driving ESG practices and digital transformation in management. Established in 1990, Nam Long has grown into one of Vietnam's leading real estate groups, possessing a substantial land bank primarily in Ho Chi Minh City, Tay Ninh, and Dong Nai provinces, with ongoing expansion into the northern regions. The company has recently launched numerous new phases within its large-scale urban developments like Waterpoint, Mizuki Park, and Izumi City, having provided housing solutions for over 31,000 families to date.
