Man Arrested in Da Nang for Allegedly Swindling $30,000 from Foreigner
A man has been arrested in Da Nang City, central Vietnam, on suspicion of defrauding a foreigner of $30,000 by posing as a currency exchanger. The suspect allegedly cut off contact and attempted to flee.
