Phnom Penh and Ho Chi Minh City Celebrate 22 Years of Friendship, Deepening Cooperation
Phnom Penh Governor Khuong Sreng visited Ho Chi Minh City to celebrate the 22nd anniversary of their sister-city relationship. The meeting also marked the 59th anniversary of Cambodia-Vietnam diplomatic ties, reaffirming continued cooperation. A Memorandum of Understanding for the construction of the Cambodia-Vietnam Friendship School was also signed.
