It has been announced that due to heavy rainfall, natural disasters such as strong winds, flash floods, and landslides may occur, so advance caution is advised, and domestic flights, as well as nearshore and offshore fishing vessels and ships along the Myanmar coast and in offshore waters, are also advised to take advance precautions. Furthermore, it has been announced that the water level of the Sittoung River in Madauk city is about 1 foot above the city's warning level and may rise by about 2 inches within the next day, and may continue to remain above the city's warning level. Therefore, residents living near the riverbanks and in low-lying areas within Madauk city are advised to evacuate to safe places away from flood risks.
