LTFRB Receives 356 Special Permit Applications for Undas Season
The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) has received 356 applications for special permits ahead of the traditional "Undas" season, an increase from last year's 323 applications, to accommodate the expected surge in passengers.
