Senior monk Ku Sopheap, a member of the Secretariat of the Supreme Sangha Council, stated that the age group most difficult to guide is between 13 and 17 years old. Shared on social media, Senior Monk Ku Sopheap said that this age is indeed very difficult to speak to. Senior Monk Ku Sopheap continued, saying that parents should be cautious and think about how to cultivate their children's minds to instill and polish morality within the family. Senior Monk Ku Sopheap said that schools cannot instill moral values and ethics, so parents should take the opportunity to explain to their children and advise them to learn about virtues, truths, and proper conduct. Senior Monk Ku Sopheap added that if children understand the kindness of their parents, know their hardships and sacrifices, as well as the difference between good and evil, it will be of great value to the youth.
