Overseas Filipino Workers' Remittances Hit Record High in June
Remittances from Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) channeled through banks reached $3.04 billion in June, marking the highest monthly figure for the first half of the year, according to the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas. Overall remittances for the first six months grew 2.4%, continuing to support household income and domestic demand.
