Cambodia to Create Over 35,000 Job Opportunities at National Career Fair 2026

The Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training announced that the "National Career and Productivity Fair 2026" will offer over 35,000 job opportunities from more than 150 companies. The event is scheduled to take place on September 12-13, 2026, at the Koh Pich Convention and Exhibition Center in Phnom Penh. Mr. Sun Mesa, spokesperson for the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training, stated that the event is organized with the aim of creating an important platform to connect job seekers with employers. This will make it easier for young people, students, graduates, and citizens looking for work to find suitable employment according to their specialization, capabilities, and interests. The National Career and Productivity Fair 2026 is jointly organized by the National Employment Agency (NEA) under the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training, the Phnom Penh Youth Federation, and the Textile, Apparel, Footwear, and Travel Goods Association of Cambodia (TAFTAC). It also receives support from the International Labour Organization (ILO) and many other relevant partners. Through this event, participants will have the opportunity to meet directly with representatives from numerous companies, enterprises, and factories to understand their labor demands, working conditions, job positions, and career development opportunities within each institution. Furthermore, the fair will facilitate job searching by allowing attendees to create their resumes (CVs) on-site, apply, and participate in immediate interviews with company representatives. In addition to job seeking, the fair will offer participants the chance to attend workshops on enhancing work productivity, where knowledge, experience, and best practices will be shared by speakers and related experts.
