Viet Nam, Sri Lanka upgrade ties to comprehensive partnership
General Secretary and President To Lam and Sri Lankan President Anura Kumara Dissanayake have agreed to elevate bilateral ties to a comprehensive partnership, aiming to boost trade to US$1 billion and enhance cooperation in defense, security, and connectivity.
